Just like previous years, we at Orient Software did not miss the opportunity to reward the efforts of our loyal employees with a company weekend trip in March 2017. We believe in positive attitude and appreciation of hard work, which is why we took our staff members to Long Hai Beach, a destination full of relaxation and fun.
To deal with the stress, we treated everyone to a refreshing for the mind and body activities like yoga, massages, water volleyball, bicycle tour, zumba class and Tai Chi by the beach. Of course, we took plenty of pictures to preserve the memories of the amazing time we spent together.
After sunset we had a gala dinner to glam things up and give everyone the opportunity to mingle and get to know colleagues from different departments. This was also a great chance for the managers to receive some feedback from the employees on the good and not so good aspects of working at Orient Software. It was a completely informal event where all staff members enjoyed themselves in a party atmosphere with game shows and karaoke.
The next day was set for more adventures and building strong relationships between employees on all levels. We climbed the Minh Dam Mountain and visited the Vien Khong Pagoda, where we recharged our lungs with some fresh air.
