Upgrading Legacy Applications
DEKRA’s current inspection applications (MSK, AUG2, LB02) required modernization to meet growing demands. This involved:
- Upgrading to Angular 14.0.0.
- Replacing Cordova with Capacitor to improve performance and scalability.
- Adding new business features and refining UI designs for better user experiences.
Developing the OPHSE Application
DEKRA needed a new tool to manage project health and safety in the workplace, encompassing operational tasks like organizing projects, managing stakeholders, contractors, work items, and documentation. The application had to:
- Support desktop (Windows and macOS) and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Include multilingual support (French, German, English).
- Enable seamless integration across various devices and environments.
