Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Management Accountant to join our growing Finance Team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will go beyond standard bookkeeping to provide critical data-driven insights, helping to optimize our financial policies, drive strategic business management, and spearhead the implementation of modern systems and workflows. You will act as a key business partner to senior management, playing an integral part in our long-term growth and process excellence.
What you will do

Financial Planning & Rolling Forecasts: Lead budgeting, financial modeling, cost control, and rolling forecast updates to assess risk and drive operational integrity.
- Systems & Workflow Optimization: Directly support the implementation, testing, and rollout of new workflows and corporate systems, such as the company’s own internal system, Orient One, and other automation initiatives.
- Management Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present timely monthly and quarterly management accounts, expense variance analyses, and cash flow performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial Insights & Decision Support: Turn complex financial data into practical insights to advise on the financial implications of operational decisions and cost-reduction strategies. Support and liaise with the business commercial team to ensure accurate tracking of selling rates against actual costs and the availability of reliable cost and selling rate data.
- Controls & Adherence: Ensure all internal structures, accounting procedures, and governance practices run efficiently and comply with relevant standards Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and other relevant statutory requirements.
Who we are looking for
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A CPA qualification (or an equivalent professional accounting certification like ACCA or CIMA) is required.
- Professional Experience: A solid foundation in accounting with extensive experience (a minimum of 5 years)
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database tools, and ERP systems. Direct experience working with workflow migrations, international environments, or multi-currency management is highly preferred. Knowledge of or experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) will be highly regarded.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English to interact effectively with regional teams and senior leadership.
