BPO Team Lead (Administration)

Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of investment and administrative tasks in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Complete case workflows accurately and promptly by adhering to defined operational processes and procedures.
  • Manage BPO workflows and monitor team performance to ensure processing activities meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage, review, and maintain operational procedures to ensure they remain current, accurate, and fit for purpose.
  • Assist with ad hoc testing and support activities to ensure BAU processing continues to operate smoothly.
  • Participate in hiring and recruitment activities, including candidate assessment and selection.
  • Lead onboarding activities, provide coaching and ongoing support to new starters.
  • Manage, lead, and support the BPO team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative working environment.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a high standard of customer service and operational support, consistent with Netwealth’s service expectations

Requirements

  • Have 05 years’ experience working in finance, banking or investments related fields with at least 01 year in team managements experience.
  • Good communication and English language skills (verbal & written)
  • Self-motivated with a keen desire to work with others to achieve common goals and expand their knowledge and skills
  • Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail including the clarifying the detail of tasks, checking inputs outputs for accuracy and completeness, following established procedures
  • Ability to work independently and managing multiple priorities
