What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack .NET Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and building scalable cloud-native applications that support innovative healthcare solutions. You'll collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality software while driving technical excellence and best engineering practices.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#/.NET Core) and React (TypeScript).
  • Build scalable Microservices and secure RESTful APIs for enterprise-level applications.
  • Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with modern React technologies.
  • Design and optimize database solutions using Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Leverage AWS cloud services (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.) to build reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to system architecture, technical design, code quality, and engineering standards.
  • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and international development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve development processes.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced engineer who is passionate about building modern software, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development with C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and the modern React ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core and relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with Git, collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Experience in the Healthcare domain, particularly with Geriatrics, Electronic Health Records (EHR), or healthcare platforms, is a strong advantage.
