About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Automation Quality Engineer to drive test automation initiatives and improve software quality across web applications and backend services. This role focuses on building scalable automation frameworks, improving testing efficiency, and supporting continuous delivery practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and backend services.
  • Build and enhance automation frameworks aligned with application architecture and testing strategies.
  • Execute automated regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA team members to improve test coverage and quality assurance practices.
  • Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and provide detailed bug reports.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery processes.
  • Perform API testing and backend validation when required.
  • Continuously improve testing frameworks, tools, and automation efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in automation testing for web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Strong SQL Server knowledge for backend validation and database testing.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working with Git and modern version control workflows.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and automated test integration.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working in distributed or remote engineering teams.
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset.
  • Experience with API automation or performance testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
