Brand Designer (Australian Project)
We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our Marketing Department, responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand visual assets across multiple communication channels. This role focuses on executing design work from brief to final output, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Translate briefs and brand guidelines into clear, effective visual concepts and final design outputs.
- Deliver high-quality assets across digital platforms (social, web, presentations) as well as print materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables using templates, brand kits, and design systems.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Execute end-to-end design tasks including concept development, production, revisions, and final delivery.
- Support creation of motion graphics and basic video content when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to deliver aligned visual materials.
- Work within structured review and approval processes, incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g. Canva AI) to enhance productivity and design workflow.
- Maintain strong file management, version control, and asset organization.
- Collaborate in a global (AU–VN) environment with cross-functional stakeholders to support marketing campaigns, brand communications, and business initiatives.
Requirement
Must have:
- At least 03 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or digital design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work (social, campaign, presentation, marketing assets).
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Canva (brand kits, templates, design systems), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI-enabled tools.
- Strong ability to interpret briefs and apply brand guidelines with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight timelines.
- Good English communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with Australian clients and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience using AI-enabled design tools to support ideation and production efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in the Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
