Responsibilities
Admin and purchasing:
- Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized for daily operations.
- Manage office assets and facilities, including meeting rooms, inventory, equipment, and company merchandise.
- Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies and handle purchase requests when needed.
- Prepare and support administrative documents and paperwork.
- Monitor daily office matters to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels.
- Manage reception tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers on office-related matters.
- Follow up on office contracts such as rental, internet, and maintenance agreements.
- Work with the operations team on building-related issues to ensure proper working conditions for employees and track the timesheet of the operations team.
- Collaborate with the team and provide support in other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 03 months of working experience in the Administrative field.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other working tools.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and effective self-learning and research skills.
- Listening, patiently learning, careful and meticulous.
- Be a great team player
- Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and record keeping.
