Assistant Investment Operations Analyst

Orient Software is seeking an Assistant Investment Operations Analyst to support operational processes related to clients, advisers, and their investments. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely administrative and data processing across multiple functions, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, the position involves handling data from various sources, supporting daily operations, and maintaining data accuracy and efficiency within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and operational tasks in line with SLAs and quality standards to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support onboarding processes for advisers, clients, and their assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Handle client service requests, contact center activities, and issue resolution, including remediations when required
- Support compliance and operational governance activities, including AML, KYC, CTF, and related processes
- Assist with investment and platform operations such as trading support, account administration, payments, fees, and transaction processing
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of data by inputting, updating, and validating information from multiple sources (e.g., third-party platforms, client documents)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Service & Support, Operational Governance, Platform Operations, and Operations Projects to ensure smooth execution of operational activities
- Contribute to operational projects, process improvements, and support regulatory and bulk communication activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Operations or related roles
- Experience in the financial services industry or similar sectors is an advantage
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative processing
- Attention to detail including the clarifying the detail of tasks, checking inputs outputs for accuracy and completeness, following established procedures
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Functional proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with a keen desire to work with others to achieve common goals
