Orient Software is seeking a passionate and experienced Part-time English Language Specialist in Da Nang and Ha Noi, to elevate the communication capabilities of our engineering and delivery teams. In this role, you will take ownership of our internal English programs, focusing on equipping our staff with the speaking skills needed for direct client negotiations, technical demos, and daily stand-ups. Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Prepare and deliver interactive training sessions to enhance the spoken English proficiency and confidence of IT staff, including Software Engineers and Quality Control Engineers, etc.
- Assessment & evaluation: Conduct baseline, mid-term, and final language assessment to evaluate learner's progress and identify specific improvement areas.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning records, including attendance, assessment scores, and homework completion within the company system.
- Learner Support & Coaching: Check homework and support employees with pronunciation or speaking coaching, and curated self-study resources.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development for English training related task.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in Corporate English Training, or Adult ESL Education (experience training professionals in the IT/Software industry is a massive advantage).
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional English proficiency, specifically requiring a minimum of 8.0 in IELTS Speaking (or equivalent certification).
- Teaching Expertise: Strong, proven ability to engage adult learners and facilitate interactive training sessions. A recognized teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Digital Fluency: Expertise in utilizing online teaching tools and platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, interactive whiteboards, and digital polling/quizzing tools) to deliver engaging classrooms, both online and offline.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, openness, positiveness and the ability to motivate technical professionals who may be hesitant or shy about speaking a second language; detail-oriented and time-management skills.

- Hanoi: 3 hours/week; work at the office twice per week.
- Da Nang: 9 hours/week; work at the office 3–4 times per week.
