Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical codebase merge initiative, ensuring seamless coordination between Product and Engineering teams.
This role will drive execution planning, cross-functional alignment, and delivery governance to ensure smooth implementation, validation, and release of merged system components.

Responsibilities

Own delivery planning and execution tracking for the codebase merge milestone, ensuring timelines and quality objectives are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including PHP Developers, Database Administrators (DBA), and QA Engineers throughout implementation and testing phases.
Facilitate technical assessment sessions to analyze and resolve functional or architectural differences identified by the Product team.
Ensure effective collaboration between Product and Engineering to maintain clarity on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges; proactively drive mitigation actions.
Oversee testing readiness, validation activities, and release coordination to ensure stable deployment outcomes.
Act as the primary communication bridge between Product stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

5+ years proven experience managing cross-functional software delivery teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
Solid understanding of web application architecture and software development lifecycle.
Strong capability in scope management, risk control, and stakeholder communication.
Experience coordinating development, database, and QA streams within complex delivery initiatives.
Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills with a delivery-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills in working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience in system migration, platform consolidation, or codebase merge projects.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and release management processes.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
