- We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical codebase merge initiative, ensuring seamless coordination between Product and Engineering teams.
- This role will drive execution planning, cross-functional alignment, and delivery governance to ensure smooth implementation, validation, and release of merged system components.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery planning and execution tracking for the codebase merge milestone, ensuring timelines and quality objectives are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including PHP Developers, Database Administrators (DBA), and QA Engineers throughout implementation and testing phases.
- Facilitate technical assessment sessions to analyze and resolve functional or architectural differences identified by the Product team.
- Ensure effective collaboration between Product and Engineering to maintain clarity on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges; proactively drive mitigation actions.
- Oversee testing readiness, validation activities, and release coordination to ensure stable deployment outcomes.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between Product stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience managing cross-functional software delivery teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Solid understanding of web application architecture and software development lifecycle.
- Strong capability in scope management, risk control, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating development, database, and QA streams within complex delivery initiatives.
- Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills with a delivery-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills in working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in system migration, platform consolidation, or codebase merge projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and release management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
