Responsibilities

  • Build and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and future workforce needs.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the recruiting team to achieve hiring targets and deliver high-quality results.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and design effective, people-centered hiring solutions.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring an engaging candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Use data and insights to evaluate hiring effectiveness and identify improvements.

  • Strengthen Orient Software’s employer brand through creative sourcing, social media, and community partnerships.

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements

  • College or University degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support roles.

  • Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall systems, and antivirus solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, server maintenance, PCs, networking equipment, and other IT-related devices (e.g., telecom, mobile devices).

  • Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and tools.

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Ability to strictly follow IT policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., shell scripts) to improve IT system efficiency is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications such as MCSA, Office 365, LPI, or CCNA are highly preferred.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Proactive, friendly, responsible, and service-minded attitude.
