Finance Operations Officer - Based in Da Nang

Responsibilities

Perform daily bank reconciliations and escalate queries with other departments when necessary.
Support for reconciling assets of Netwealth products held in custody, including Managed Funds, ASX-listed securities, International securities, Term deposits, and other unlisted assets.
Maintain up-to-date procedures and initiate process improvements.
Participate in ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.

At least 02 years of experience in Fund Operations, Finance Operations or related roles.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Proactive, self-driven, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibits a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
A knowledge of the funds management or superannuation industry is preferred.
A drive to continuously improve processes and innovate for better efficiency and experience.
