Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand objectives.
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Conduct data analysis to validate requirements and support decision-making.
Identify process improvements and propose actionable solutions.
Work across multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
Support testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
Contribute to BA practice uplift and share knowledge with peers.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently in early project phases.
Proficiency in BA tools and techniques (e.g., process modeling, user stories).
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
