Service Desk Analyst - Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and permissions using Azure RBAC, ensuring appropriate role assignments and security compliance.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline service desk operations and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational insights and performance tracking.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and evidence for audit and compliance reviews, including access logs, change records, and process adherence.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IT operations or service desk roles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Intune application packaging, including complex scenarios (e.g., .exe files with embedded supporting resources).
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration, and system management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including labelling policies and eDiscovery investigations for compliance and information protection.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Graph API for querying and managing Microsoft 365 services, with strong focus on permission scoping and secure access.
  • Expertise in auditing and optimizing enterprise cloud applications to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with PDQ Deploy for efficient software distribution and management across enterprise environments.
