Job Description

The primary purpose of the Investor Services Officer is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by processing administration work across a range of functions within designated time standards and high-quality outputs. The incumbent will focus on tasks that reside within the Administration Division of SAS and process administration tasks which requires.

Responsibilities

  • Data Input - entering information from source documents such as customer and or adviser details for the following tasks:
  • Change of Client/Investor Details
  • Change of Adviser
  • Change of name
  • Fee Consent
  • Fee Renewal
  • Link Users
  • Financial Adviser – Third party authority
  • Undeliverable email
  • Returned Mail
  • Adviser registrations
  • General other data entry tasks
  • Attention to detail - ensuring precision is essential.
  • Time management - the ability to manage a high volume of transactions to meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality - a commitment to keeping sensitive information secure.
  • Technical proficiency – familiarity with standard office software including applications utilised by Netwealth in order to perform administration duties for our customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry and or administration processing of the following items (advantageous but not essential).
  • Processing of new applications.
  • Data entry capturing changes to member details.
  • Data entry capturing changes to adviser details.
  • Strong experience in managing multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to identify key issues and proactively find solutions.
  • Aptitude to manage self to deliver to agreed outcomes and timelines.
