BPO - Assistant Analyst (Administration) - Based in Da Nang
As an BPO - Assistant Analyst (Administration), you play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely administration that supports exceptional client and adviser experiences. You’ll work across key functions within Customer Operations of Australian project, applying your expertise in superannuation and investments to ensure high-quality outcomes within defined service levels.
Responsibilities
- Exposure to administrative or operational roles, ideally within a high‑volume processing environment (desirable).
- Interest in, or exposure to, financial services, banking or similar regulated environments (desirable).
- Willingness and capability to learn financial services products, processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong general computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Clear and professional written, and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- High attention to detail when reviewing information and entering data accurately.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, banking or similar regulated environments (desirable).
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about investment products, superannuation, and related terminology.
- Ability to interpret documentation, forms, and regulatory requirements with guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to team performance.
- Prior experience working with international clients or in a client-facing role is preferred.
