Responsibilities

50% Administrative task:

  • Work with external vendors to have office supplies and other office management stuff.
  • Welcome all visitors and newcomers.
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation for business trips of employees and clients.
  • Prepare equipment for employees.
  • Prepare payment records for internal expenses.
  • Do other administrative tasks.

50% Talent Acquisition task:

  • Source-efficient recruiting channels (online & offline) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build applicant sources by assisting in the recruitment process: applicant screening, job posting, interview arrangement, etc.
  • Develop a database of candidates to make sure all vacancies are ready to fulfill.
  • Create CVs following the company format to send to clients.

Requirements

  • Last year or graduated student.
  • Able to join fulltime internship in 04 months.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proactive and effective self-learning and research skills.
  • Listening, patiently learning, careful and meticulous.
  • Capable of teamwork.
  • Be able to take part in sport activities is a plus.
