Responsibilities
50% Administrative task:
- Work with external vendors to have office supplies and other office management stuff.
- Welcome all visitors and newcomers.
- Arrange accommodation and transportation for business trips of employees and clients.
- Prepare equipment for employees.
- Prepare payment records for internal expenses.
- Do other administrative tasks.
50% Talent Acquisition task:
- Source-efficient recruiting channels (online & offline) to attract qualified candidates.
- Build applicant sources by assisting in the recruitment process: applicant screening, job posting, interview arrangement, etc.
- Develop a database of candidates to make sure all vacancies are ready to fulfill.
- Create CVs following the company format to send to clients.
Requirements
- Last year or graduated student.
- Able to join fulltime internship in 04 months.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Proactive and effective self-learning and research skills.
- Listening, patiently learning, careful and meticulous.
- Capable of teamwork.
- Be able to take part in sport activities is a plus.
