Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across both technical and soft skills.
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs (classroom, e-learning, blended) in collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and coordinate trainers, instructional designers, and program coordinators to ensure high-quality execution of L&D initiatives.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer programs to build internal capability and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Evaluate and measure training effectiveness, applying insights and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and maintain the learning curriculum database and ensure training records are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee the company’s skills inventory and competency framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future workforce requirements.
- Prepare and maintain company-wide competency reports to support employer branding, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Administer certification management by tracking, validating, and supporting employees’ professional certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Agile, PMP).
- Manage L&D budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective program delivery.
- Ensure compliance of all training initiatives with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by engaging stakeholders and aligning learning strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full training cycle: needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with competency frameworks, skills mapping, and certification management.
- Proven experience in L&D budget management and training program planning, ensuring cost-effective and impactful outcomes.
- Familiarity with modern learning methodologies and digital tools (LMS, e-learning platforms, microlearning, blended learning).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven ability to collaborate across levels and functions.
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal), with strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze learning outcomes and translate insights into actionable improvements.
