Responsibilities

Understands and communicates Appian Application Architecture
Constructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, expression rules and process models.
Strong hands-on experience in full software life cycle development methodologies, with a focus on Agile.
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest the technology solutions
Support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Good communication in both Vietnamese & English
Solid knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
Effective communication skills (written and verbal), with internal and external clients
Strong organizational skills
Sound problem solving and analysis skills
Experience within the finance industry and superannuation is desirable

Hands-on experience in Appian platform; Understand and have knowledge about Appian Application
Solid knowledge and working experience within Fintech/Finance projects
Experience in UI / UX, Agile environment, Quality Assurance / Controller is a plus
