Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of AI models across various data types, with a current focus on large language models (LLMs) to meet client objectives.

  • Implement algorithms and models into production-ready code for diverse data applications.

  • Collaborate with technical and customer teams to integrate and deploy models across different platforms.

  • Utilize best practices in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and machine learning strategies to optimize performance across data types.

  • Monitor and evaluate model performance using defined metrics, iterating for improvements as needed.

  • Engage with clients to understand their data-related challenges and communicate solutions effectively.

  • Stay updated on advancements in AI, focusing on both LLMs and other data-driven AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in machine learning or AI development in a commercial setting.

  • Proficient in Python and experienced with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, including Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).

  • Ability to design machine learning pipelines, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation; experience with Azure Machine Learning is a plus.

  • Skilled in data visualization to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Solid foundation in mathematics, algorithms, and statistics relevant to AI.

  • Familiar with current research trends in generative AI.

  • Working knowledge of SQL.

  • Self-motivated with effective communication skills in English.
