Power Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform Team using Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, and SharePoint.
  • Engage in custom development and data integration on the platform.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop both model-driven and canvas-driven PowerApps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges.
  • Deploy, update, and maintain Power Platform applications, reports, and datasets according to business needs.
  • Develop Azure logic apps and functions, and create Power BI reports/dashboards for reporting, data analytics, and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to enhance capabilities in Microsoft 365.
  • Design end-to-end solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement continuous improvements to applications using Agile methodology.
  • Support operations during the UAT, rollout, go-live, and maintenance phases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, and DAX query language.
  • Experience with Common Data Service (Dataverse).
  • Strong mastery of SharePoint and other out-of-the-box solutions such as Office 365, Web Parts, SharePoint Apps, User Store, Workflows, Master Pages, Business Connectivity Services, Page Layouts, Windows Workflow Foundation, PowerShell, and more.
  • Background in software engineering or relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to assist in solution development.
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
