Responsibilities

SaaS Management

  • Onboard, configure, and maintain software applications.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of SaaS applications to enhance efficiency and resolve issues
  • Provide end-user support and training on SaaS applications to enhance user productivity.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with SaaS subscriptions and services.
  • Create and maintain documentation for SaaS applications, including user guides and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SaaS applications and escalate when necessary.
  • Retire outdated or unnecessary SaaS solutions.
  • Google Workspace management and configuration.
  • Handling invoices and receipts for SaaS payments.
  • Support with B2B SaaS migrations

Asset Management

  • Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets, including tracking and documenting changes.
  • Procure tech equipment for new and existing staff.
  • Manage the return of tech equipment for offboarding staff.
  • Triage, arrange, and/or coordinate the repair of faulty devices where necessary.

Support

  • Manage and respond to IT support through the relevant channels.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities required at the discretion of your manager.

Security and Data Privacy

  • Provide training on key platforms and report usage metrics.
  • Track and remediate issues reported by endpoint management and configuration software across all company-owned assets.
  • Implementing infosec requirements, and assisting the Security teams as required.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT related field
  • 2–3+ years experience in IT support, SaaS management, or IT operations.
  • Strictly follow IT processes.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, HubSpot, 1Password).
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS administration including user onboarding/offboarding, configuration, and cost management.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency in IT support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of IT asset management best practices.
  • Ability to manage invoices, receipts, and SaaS billing documentation.
  • Comfortable with handling B2B SaaS migrations and change management.
  • Familiar with hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for server, PC, networking equipment, other IT-related equipment (telecom, mobile...).
  • Good knowledge of IT system operations, both Linux and Windows, as well as virtualization infrastructure.
  • Experienced with cloud platforms: Azure, office 365, Skype for Business, AWS...etc.
  • Have good researching skills and willingness to learn new technology.
  • Document IT Systems and make sure that the documents are up-to-date,
  • Ability to work with basic shell scripts/programming languages to improve the efficiency of the IT processes/systems,

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications (desirable but not mandatory): Google Workspace Administrator; ITIL Foundation; CompTIA A+ / Network+; Security+ or similar,
  • Have Certificates: MCSA, MCSE, LPI, CCNA, Microsoft Cloud certification, AWS certification is highly preferred,
  • Have knowledge about ISO/IEC 27001 or/and is preferred.
