(Senior) Power Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Develop both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to support business operations and process automation.
  • Build Azure Function Apps using .NET/C# to develop custom connectors and integration services.
  • Design and implement integrations to securely retrieve and synchronize data from clients’ Salesforce (China region) systems into Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows, cloud flows, and scheduled processes using Power Automate.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Support application deployment, UAT, go-live activities, enhancement requests, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and regional connectivity requirements, including China-region considerations where applicable.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, solution architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements

Must have:

  • At least 04 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, or Microsoft Power Platform solution delivery.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps development.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, scheduled flows, workflow automation, and process optimization.
  • Proven experience in developing custom connectors and integrations using OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
  • Proficiency in Azure Function Apps development using C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Salesforce or other third-party enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with China-region compliance, deployment constraints, and connectivity considerations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
