Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates using various platforms and methods (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and sourcing trackers
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align sourcing activities with hiring needs
  • Follow up with Talent Acquisition for updates, candidate progress, and data consistency
  • Create and manage sourcing reports using Excel, ensure accurate data tracking and insights
  • Monitor and organize candidate data within ATS/CRM systems
  • Help identify bottlenecks and gaps in the sourcing pipeline
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of sourcing processes

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sourcing experience in the IT industry (in-house or agency).
  • Proven track record in sourcing mid to senior-level tech talent.
  • Proficiency in sourcing platforms and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, ATS/CRM systems.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.) and ability to interpret data and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Knowledge of technical roles, IT terminology, and current tech hiring trends.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with job board vendors (e.g., ITviec, VietnamWorks, TopDev, TopCV or niche IT boards).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio.
  • Participation in tech community events, online hackathons, or developer meetups.
