Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify the training needs, skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and budget constraints.
- Design and develop engaging and effective training materials and curricula.
- Leading a team of professional, including trainers, instructional designers, and coordinators, to deliver high-quality training programs.
- Organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs using appropriate metrics to evaluate learning outcomes and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design.
- Manage curriculum database and training records.
- Manage the training budget, resources and logistics to ensure efficient and effective delivery of training programs.
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training and development in IT industry, with at least 2 years in a management role (for Management level).
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Hand on providing complete full training cycle, assessing needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop training plans in the company.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage training initiatives and timelines.
